Go Live!

In order to integrate with Balad and move from sandbox to production, every partner must complete the following steps. These ensure secure access, proper monitoring, and controlled communication between Balad and partner systems.

1. Admin Account#

Each partner organization must have a designated Admin user within Balad’s system.
Balad will create this Admin account upon onboarding and link it to your partner profile.

2. Whitelisting#

For security reasons, API access is IP-restricted.
Partners must provide the static IP(s) of their servers or gateways.
Balad will whitelist these IPs to allow:
Authentication against production APIs.
Secure data exchange between systems.
Any future changes in IP must be communicated to Balad in advance to avoid downtime.

3. Approve Webhook Endpoints#

Partners may request to receive real-time status updates via webhooks.
To enable this:
Provide Balad with the endpoint URL(s) you intend to use.
Ensure your endpoint supports HTTPS and is accessible from Balad’s servers.
Balad will validate and approve the webhook endpoints before activation.
Approved webhooks will be used for events such as:
Transaction status updates.
